Extraction: The oil is extracted by steam distillation from the wood, roots and branches. It is then filter pressed to produce three fractions; brown, yellow and white.
What it does: Mainly used for respiratory problem and immune system problems.

Cautions and Contraindications :Should not be used if epileptic, caution for internal use. There are three different types of camphor; yellow and brown containing safrol are toxic (should not be used internally or externally) however, white camphor is non-toxic and non-irritant but poisonous in large dosage.Essential oils must not be applied directly. Do not use during pregnancy.
