Details :Hops are sedative, relaxant, diuretic and hypnotic in higher doses. Scullcap and Valerian are relaxant and induce sleep. Vervain is sedative, relaxant, nerve restorative, breaks spasms and mildly induces perspiration.
Typical Ingredients :Each tablet contains ; Hops 75mg, Scullcap 45mg, Dry Extract valerian 4=1 25mg, The valerian extract provides 0.8% valerenic acid; Dry Extract vervain 3=1 30mg. Also contains sucrose, acacia, talc, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycollate, kaolin, Light and Yellow and Red Iron oxides.
