Paul Marsh was introduced to the technique in 2002 and has completed a three-year, full-time teacher training course at The Brighton Alexander Technique College. He brings a clear explanatory style to the teaching of this subtle and powerful approach. His work is informed by his personal experience of rehabilitation from back pain and RSI. A musician and runner, he is also passionate about helping people unlock more of their potential in areas like sport and performance. He runs regular workshops on running, and has also teaches the technique to actors and musicians.
