Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture (FRA) has been heralded as "the alternative face lift". As a therapy it encourages and enables overall wellbeing and to help prevent illness developing.     What You Can Expect

    Firstly a full consultation will be taken, which will include questions relating specifically to your desired outcomes and more general questions about your health. Treatment will include some or all of the following:
  • Needles on the body and/or face
    • Electo-acupuncture, with needles or pads
  • Stimulation and relaxation using massage and Traditional tools.

    • The 1st session will last up to 2 hours, and each subsequent treatment up to 90 minutes. It is recommended that at least 6 treatments be undertaken before any real, long last results can take effect.

    In addition to the visual benefits, many feel long term conditions such as stress, insomnia, general aches and pains are also alleviated in addition to an increased sense of well-being.
