"Oil for inhalation or adding to massage oil. Containing peppermint, eucalyptus, juniper, caraway and fennel essential oils.

Cautions and Contraindications :NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN. Do not use as eye drops, nose drops or as a nasal spray. Avoid contact with the eyes and sensitive skin or other sensitive areas of the body. Wash your hands thoroughly after touching the oil. Do not use Po-Ho if you are allergic to any of the essential oils. Best stored in a cool place.

Typical Dose (if available) :Directions: For inhaling place a few drops on a tissue or handkerchief and inhale the vapours. Alternatively place one drop of oil into a bowl of steaming hot water, place a small towel over your head and the bowl and inhale the steam, taking care to protect the eyes. To make a chest rub dilute 1 drop of essential oil in at least 15 drops of a carrier oil such as olive oil, sweet almond or grapeseed oil.
