While the following list is not comprehensive, Integrated Myofascial Therapy (IMFT) can help with
During your session, you will be comfortably positioned on a therapy table the moves are performed directly on your skin without the use of oils or creams. We suggest wearing shorts for comfort, and if you're female, a vest top along with a regular bra (there’s no need for a sports bra). Throughout the treatment, you will alternate between lying down and sitting on the massage table. The process is gentle, painless, and remarkably effective. It’s important to remember that responses to IMFT can differ among individuals. You may experience some involuntary twitching during the session, which often indicates that your muscles are releasing tension and your fascia is becoming more adaptable. Many find the experience profoundly relaxing, and it can lead to noticeable reductions in pain and improvements in mobility over the following days. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that emotions might surface during the treatment; you may feel heightened emotions for a short time afterwards as you process these experiences. Keep in mind that each person’s journey is unique!
