Juliet Bryden Complementary Therapist
Juliet qualified with an HND in Complementary Therapies from City of Glasgow College, which included Advanced Aromatherapy, Advanced Reflexology, Swedish massage, Traditional Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Stress management. She qualified in Oncology massage in 2024 and gained experience while volunteering at Cancer Support Scotland.
Having had a variety of roles and careers throughout her life and around the world, she was drawn to Complementary therapies from her own experience of just how debilitating stress and anxiety can be on the body and mind. Immersing herself within these therapies, she quickly realised how powerful touch therapies are to all of the body systems and how the restoration of health and well-being can be accessed. These therapies all aim to relieve stress, restore balance to the body and mind, calm the nervous system, relieve tension, alleviate pain and nurture.
Juliet believes in the innate healing power we all have within us, no matter what our age or circumstances. Through intuitive touch, breathwork, deep listening and compassion, we can align ourselves with our own natural healing systems. Tailoring every treatment to the individual and using a range of techniques and pressure, depending on the client's needs.
