How to Book an Appointment

You can book an appointment in the clinic:

Call us on 0141-564-3184, during our clinic hours: Monday, Wednesday Friday and Saturday 9am to 5.30pm. Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm.

Online Booking

We offer a limited online booking option. This only allows booking of one hour return visits for most therapists and a card will need to be linked to the appointment. A very small selection of other appointments can be booked online - see below

Fresha Diary

We use Fresha for some of our therapist appointments. For these bookings you will receive an email (and/or text) that will require clients to confirm their appointment by Credit or Debit card. No payment is taken at this point however your card can be used in the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment.

Appointments not confirmed may be removed from the diary. We will endeavour to contact clients before removing appointments that have not been confirmed but this may not always be possible.

Important notes.
1. Once confirmed you may cancel the appointment online if more than 48 hours before the appointment (use the CONFIRM button). We would appreciate it if you could use the CONFIRM button to cancel an appointment that you do not wish so it is available to others. With less than 48 hours notice you will need to phone or email to cancel your appointment.

2. Some electronic diaries will automatically add your appointment. PLEASE NOTE - they will not remove the cancelled appointment! You need to delete it from your own diary manually.
